PEX sheet is an upgraded version of PEI sheet build plate, with better adhesion, and higher tolerance to high-temperature print. PEX coating is a higher-temp material, that is compatible for various filaments, including PLA, ABS, TPU, PETG, Nylon, etc. 

Often, you need neither glue nor tape when printing on a PEX build plate. To free yourself from poor bed adhesion-related issues, a PEX build plate is always among your top options.
